To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must be:

  • Be postmarked and returned within thirty (30) days from the receipt of original order
  • Be new, unwashed and unworn
  • Be in its original packaging or double-boxed to ensure safe shipping
  • Have tags attached and all cards, boxes, accessories included
  • Include a completed Return Form in returned package
  • Have a verified Proof of Purchase (receipt)
Please note that only merchandise returned new, unused and unworn will be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return.

If you choose to use our pre-paid label, $3.99 will be deducted from your refund/credit to cover the shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if you choose to send your return back via your own shipping method, we suggest you insure and track your package as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items returned that do not meet the requirements listed above will be returned to the sender.

Received a defective item or not the one you ordered? We want to make it up to you. You return the item, we will cover the shipping costs for free.
